This McDonald’s is owned and operated by the Freihage Organization. There are eight locations in the southwest suburbs of Chicago.

As a Shift Manager, you will be expected to:

• Operate the restaurant and achieve restaurant goals
• Develop and maintain a team
• Meet sales and guest count targets
• Manage labor and food costs
• Ensure proper training is completed

Qualifications:

• Prior management experience required; alternatively, employees with no prior experience may be hired as crew and trained for future management roles.
