McDonald's in Pontiac, Illinois, is hiring a Shift Manager responsible for operating the restaurant and achieving sales and guest count targets. The ideal candidate will lead a team, manage costs, and ensure proper training.

As a Shift Manager, you will be expected to successfully operate the restaurant and make your restaurant's goals. These goals include developing and maintaining a team, making sales and guest count targets, managing labor and food costs, and ensuring proper training is getting done.

In order to be hired as a manager, you must have prior management experience. If you have no prior experience and want to become a manager, we are willing to hire you as a crew person and teach you what you need to know to become a Manager.
