Job summary

McDonald’s in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago is seeking a Shift Manager to operate the restaurant, lead a team, and achieve sales and guest-count targets. You will manage labor and food costs and ensure proper training is completed.

Prior management experience is preferred; however, if you have no management background, we are willing to hire you as a crew member and train you to advance into management. Both full-time and part-time positions are available with growth opportunities.

Job Description & Requirements

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for operating the restaurant and achieving the restaurant’s goals. These goals include developing and maintaining a team, meeting sales and guest count targets, managing labor and food costs, and ensuring proper training is completed.

In order to be hired as a manager, you must have prior management experience. If you have no prior experience and want to become a manager, we are willing to hire you as a crew person and teach you how to become a manager.

This organization has been operating McDonald’s restaurants for over 60 years across 8 locations in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago, providing a great opportunity for advancement into upper management or supervisory roles.
