Overview

Shift Manager role at McDonald's. We are seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, provide coaching and direction to crew and other managers, and help run a business that delivers quality food and excellent service.

Responsibilities

Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift
Plan for each shift and monitor performance
Ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness
Monitor safety, security, and profitability
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate a smooth handoff and ongoing shift readiness
Meet targets during shifts and help departments achieve their goals
Maintain daily maintenance and cleanliness
Manage scheduling and training

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast-paced environment and have the passion to lead.
