Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an in-person MCAT instructor to deliver structured MCAT preparation sessions across various regional locations in the United States. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to tailor content that meets student needs and prepare future doctors using curated curricula and proven teaching methods.

The role emphasizes student engagement, critical thinking across sciences, and completion of ongoing professional training, while allowing remote collaboration

Qualifications

• MCAT score above 515
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work independently with a remote manager
• Passion for helping others achieve their goals
• Ability to respond to quickly changing needs with agility and flexibility
• Travel required; locations and dates determined by business needs and availability
• Eligible candidates include current medical students, gap-year graduates, upper-level undergraduates preparing for medical school applications, Master’s graduates, PhD candidates, or post-doctoral researchers

• Connect with colleagues remotely while completing training and class preparation from home

Requirements

• Scores above 515 on the MCAT


• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.


• Ability to work independently with a remote manager


• Passion for helping others achieve their goals


• Ability to respond to quickly changing needs with agility and flexibility


• Travel required; lead time, locations and dates will be determined based on business needs and availability


• Current medical students, gap-year graduates, upper-level undergraduates preparing for medical school applications, Master’s graduates, PhD candidates, or post-doctoral researchers are identified as suitable candidates
