South Texas Community Living in McAllen, TX is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to coordinate Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) for individuals with intellectual disabilities in group homes and private homes in the McAllen area.

The RN will conduct comprehensive and focused assessments, manage medications, document care, and coordinate medical appointments while ensuring high standards of patient safety and compliance with HCS regulations.

Qualifications

• RN license current in Texas.
• Valid and current Texas Driver's License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Salary $70,000 - $1,000 Sign on Bonus!South Texas Community Living is hiring a Full-Time to provide HCS (Home and Community-Based Services) nursing coordination to individuals with intellectual disabilities in group home and natural home settings in the north/northwest area of McAllen area. This RN position is similar to home health nursing, with some duties and documentation specific to meet the unique requirements of HCS (Home and Community-Based Services) regulations.
