Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing assessments, staff training, medication management, and detailed documentation. Travel is limited, with a supportive team and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• Texas Driver's License required
• Background check
• DMV check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive and focused nursing assessments
• Train unlicensed personnel
• Medication management and administration
• Document care for daily hours (approx. 6)
• Coordinate medication supplies and medical appointments
• Medical task execution and nursing quality management
• Provide notes approximately every 15 minutes
