County of Mendocino is seeking a Health Services Manager to lead Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health programs within the county health department. The role involves planning, coordinating, evaluating and budgeting MCAH services, ensuring access to preventive, reproductive, perinatal, and postpartum care.

The position requires nursing leadership experience, supervision of staff, grant management, and strong collaboration with local providers and community partners.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Three (3) years progressively responsible administrative and supervisory nursing experience.
• Experience working with women and children and building community relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and direct MCAH budgets, staff, and program activities.
• Monitor health indicators for maternal, child, and adolescent populations and report findings.
• Write, review, and monitor grants and ensure compliance with policies.
• supervise, train, and evaluate staff; act as unit supervisor in absence of managers.
• Coordinate outreach and collaboration with local and state programs to optimize service delivery.
