Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems/Engineering fields or related technical discipline.
• 4+ years in systems engineering, architecture, requirements, integration, or verification.
• 2+ years hands-on modeling with Cameo Systems Modeler/MagicDraw or MBSE tool.
• SysML knowledge and traceability to communicate system intent.
• Experience with requirements development, decomposition, allocation, interface definition, and verification planning.
• Strong communication, writing, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SysML models in Cameo/MagicDraw, including requirements and views.
• Elicit and decompose stakeholder requirements with bidirectional traceability.
• Support system concepts, architectures, interfaces, scenarios, and trade studies for UAS and related mission systems.
• Collaborate with software, electrical, mechanical, integration, test, safety, and cybersecurity teams.
• Apply model governance, configuration management, baseline, and change-control practices.
• Support technical reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) with model views and evidence.
• Develop verification approaches, acceptance criteria, and traceability; document results.
• Prepare engineering analyses, specifications, interface docs, and briefings for stakeholders.
