Job summary

Gromelski and Associates, Inc. is seeking a System Engineer to blend requirements management with hands-on engineering. You will manage requirements in JIRA, support system design tasks, and perform tests, patching, and documentation within an Agile environment.

Collaboration with software, cybersecurity, hardware, and safety engineers is essential. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technical discipline from an accredited college.
U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain DoD SECRET clearance.
Proactive/self-starter with ability to work independently.
Team player that takes ownership and fosters team success.
Experience with MBSE, Cameo, and system design documentation.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain MBSE models in Cameo, capturing system behaviors and interfaces.
Lead and support complex interface definitions across software, cyber, hardware, and other subsystems.
Prepare government design reviews including building technical content and traceability views.
Coordinate with multi‑discipline owners, track to closure in JIRA.
Support requirements development and documentation updates (ICDs, SE artifacts).
