Job summary

Tenet3® is a Dayton, Ohio-based digital knowledge management company delivering MBSE solutions using MeTRA®. We are seeking an early-career Solutions Engineer to bridge requirements and executable designs, ensuring traceability and robust system integration.

You will work with our engineering team, applying modeling standards, maintaining version control, and developing Python scripts to automate tasks and data analysis for MBSE workflows.

Qualifications

• Requires DoD Top Secret clearance eligibility.
• Requires intermediate Python skills for automation, data analysis and modeling validation.
• Familiarity with MBSE tools and version control systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute basic system modeling tasks using MeTRA and internal standards.
• Maintain version control and traceability for modeling artifacts.
• Assist with component-level solution design and basic integration tasks.
• Draft technical documentation capturing assumptions, constraints, and design decisions.
• Participate in design sessions, demos, and retrospectives to align team.
• Collaborate with clients to enable effective use of MeTRA.
• Develop scripts to automate modeling tasks and data analysis.
