Job summary

Tenet3® is seeking an early-career Solutions Engineer to support MBSE initiatives at Arnold Air Force Base. You will collaborate with engineers to execute solution design tasks, maintain model traceability, and build modeling artifacts with MeTRA.

Ideal candidates are systems thinkers with Python skills, familiar with Cameo/SysML, and able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Join a team focused on reliable, scalable designs and hands-on growth.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of systems engineering or modeling experience.
• Experience documenting assumptions, constraints, and design decisions.
• Basic to intermediate Python scripting for MBSE tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute basic system modeling tasks using MeTRA and internal standards.
• Maintain version control and traceability for modeling artifacts.
• Assist with component-level solution design and basic integration tasks.
• Draft technical documentation capturing assumptions and design decisions.
• Participate in design sessions, demos, and reviews with the client.
• Collaborate with onsite client team at Arnold Air Force Base to support MeTRA usage.
• Develop Python scripts to automate modeling tasks and data analysis.
