Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years in systems/software engineering environments.
• Experience with MBSE principles and SysML modeling.
• Familiarity with SysML v2.0 and INCOSE practices.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in cross-functional engineering settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for MBSE and digital engineering deployments.
• Support evaluations, proof-of-concept projects, pilots, and deployments.
• Lead demonstrations, workshops, and training for engineering teams and leadership.
• Assist customers in transitioning to model-based workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide tool usage, integrations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and development teams.
• Develop and maintain system architecture models using SysML v2.0.
• Support SAM-based architecture development, requirements analysis, and traceability.
• Help establish digital thread and digital engineering environments.
• Advise on governance, architectures, and MBSE process development.
