Job summary

Dassault Systèmes is seeking an MBSE Solution Architect to define robust MBSE solution architectures supporting Virtual Twin Experiences and AI-driven initiatives. You will lead customers through deployment, design architectures, and provide consulting across enterprise architecture, requirements engineering, systems modeling, and simulations.

You will apply SysML, Modelica, UAF, and MagicGrid while guiding stakeholders through the full project lifecycle and ensuring successful go-live adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline with 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• A master’s degree in Systems Engineering with 5–7 years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Deep knowledge of MBSE principles, processes, methodologies, and industry standards.
• Strong experience with requirements engineering, systems architecture design, systems modeling, and systems simulation.
• Hands-on experience with modeling languages and frameworks such as SysML, Modelica, UAF, and MagicGrid.
• Experience with CATIA Magic/Cameo, Dymola, STIMULUS, 3DEXPERIENCE, or comparable MBSE solutions.
• Knowledge of PLM/ALM platforms (ENOVIA, etc.) and lifecycle-management solutions.
• Experience developing MBSE processes, methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Previous consulting or professional-services experience with structured, quality-focused project delivery.
• Experience across the complete project-delivery lifecycle.
• Strong customer-facing, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and adoption of MBSE-enabled Virtual Twin Experiences.
• Design comprehensive MBSE solution architectures aligned with customer objectives and scope.
• Provide consulting in enterprise architecture, requirements engineering, and MBSE best practices.
• Guide customers in using CATIA Cyber Systems solutions and 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Apply SysML, Modelica, UAF, and MagicGrid in modeling activities.
• Collaborate with Dassault brands and regional services teams.
• Share knowledge through publications, presentations, and industry events.
• Maintain expert MBSE capability across technologies and industry standards.
