Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is hiring an Operations Research Analyst (MBSE Lead) at HQ USSTRATCOM, Offutt AFB, NE.

The role focuses on guiding model-based systems engineering efforts for NC3, developing architectures, workflows, and analyses using ArcherEye, Veracity, and related tools. The position requires a TS/SCI clearance with NC2-ESI eligibility, 2–5 years MBSE experience, and a BS in a technical field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, engineering, physical science, operations research, data science, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years MBSE experience with tools such as ArcherEye, Veracity, Cameo, MagicDraw, or comparable systems; experience leading or coordinating MBSE activities.
• 2–5 years experience using modeling and simulation software to represent physical systems and perform analytical and statistical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE-driven modeling and simulation activities across multiple MBSE toolsets.
• Oversee creation and refinement of system‑of‑systems models to ensure fidelity and traceability.
• Mentor junior analysts and present findings to stakeholders.
