Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking an Operations Research Analyst (MBSE Lead) to support NC3 digital engineering efforts at HQ USSTRATCOM, Offutt AFB, NE.

The role guides model architectures, workflows, and analytic approaches across MBSE tools such as ArcherEye, Veracity, and Cameo. You will lead model-of-systems development, validate results, and produce high-quality deliverables while mentoring junior analysts and coordinating across stakeholders to strengthen SSAG’s MBSE

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active TS clearance and NC2‑ESI eligibility.
• Full-time onsite at Offutt AFB, 5 days/week.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, physical science, operations research, data science, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years MBSE experience with tools such as ArcherEye, Veracity, Cameo, MagicDraw, or comparable systems; leadership in MBSE activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead MBSE development for NC3 digital engineering projects.
• Define model architectures and workflows across MBSE tools.
• Coordinate data collection, requirements reviews, and stakeholder exchange.
• Deliver high-quality technical documents and briefings.
