G2 Ops, Inc. is seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer to support PMW 770 Undersea Communications programs. You will develop Model-Based Systems Engineering products and digital engineering deliverables aligning with requirements, design, analysis, verification, and lifecycle decisions.

The role emphasizes MBSE integration, digital-thread objectives, and collaboration with government customers and cross-functional teams in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• MBSE-focused engineering role requiring experience across requirements, design, analysis, verification and validation lifecycle activities.
• SysML or other modeling standards knowledge applied to architecture products and reports.
• Ability to produce clear model artifacts and decision-support materials for leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Apply MBSE methods across requirements, design, analysis, verification and validation.
• Develop and maintain models, architecture diagrams, and digital engineering deliverables.
• Support interoperability analysis to ensure cross-environment operation.
• Produce model-derived reports and technical summaries for program leadership.
• Coordinate model information and digital-thread objectives across teams.
• Help mature a model-based culture with digital enterprise tooling.
• Establish digital-thread connections across systems, cybersecurity, CM, software, and integration.
