Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a CAMEO/MBSE expert to drive digital transformation for Space Force requirements. You will lead modeling efforts, provide MBSE training, and develop exemplar models to transition to a digital Space Force.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and proven experience in MBSE environments. You will work on-site at the Pentagon with occasional visits to Crystal City and Chantilly locations, engaging with government customers and various Aerospace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or space-related engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point-of-contact for digital transformation of Space Force requirements.
• Advise HQSF S5/8 on MBSE methodologies including CAMEO and modeling tools.
• Assist Space Force in creating exemplar models to enable a digital Space Force.
• Train Aerospace ETG, program office, and government customers on CAMEO and MBSE practices.
• Share MBSE knowledge across Aerospace internal and external communities.
