Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in systems/software engineering, simulation or related environments.
• Experience with MBSE principles and SysML.
• Familiarity with SysML v2.0 concepts and INCOSE 2.0 practices.
• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers implementing MBSE and digital engineering methodologies.
• Support customer evaluations, proof-of-concept projects, pilot programs, and deployments.
• Conduct technical demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions for engineering teams and leadership.
• Assist customers in transitioning from document-based to model-based workflows.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on tool usage and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and development teams to address customer requirements.
