Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Strategy Intern (Monetization Strategy & Operations) for Summer 2027 in New York. This MBA internship offers exposure to market intelligence, KPI definition, and cross-functional project collaboration across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal teams.

You'll analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and help implement improvements in a fast-paced environment while learning from experienced strategists.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Ability to conduct market research using various internal and external sources with basic proficiency in using data analysis tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated experience in collaborating effectively across multiple teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, etc.).
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market intelligence and provide insights to the business team, leveraging data, research and expertise from internal and external sources.
• Define key performance metrics and set KPIs to drive business growth.
• Identify inefficiencies/bottlenecks in current business operations, propose solutions & drive implementation.
• Collaborate with multiple teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal etc) to drive projects.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
