Job summary

Ally Behavior Centers offers a ten-week, full-time MBA summer internship based in Tysons, VA. Interns rotate across Ally’s business functions, spend time in centers, and work on a live project tied to a strategic initiative with an executive sponsor.

You will gain exposure to senior leaders, deliver measurable impact, and have a structured development program with mentorship and growth opportunities. The program emphasizes ownership, practical experience, and a direct pathway to leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program and returning to school following the internship.
• 3+ years of pre-MBA experience in operations, consulting, banking, healthcare, military leadership, program leadership, or another high-growth operating environment.

Responsibilities

• Own one initiative end to end, from analysis to implementation.
• Work with operators and executives to drive the project into use.
• Present results and hand off a documented process and dashboard.
