Job summary

Chartis is seeking first-year MBA students for Summer 2027 internships across our Consulting practice in New York and Chicago hubs. Interns will join engagements, own a stream of work under senior guidance, and gain exposure to real client problems in healthcare transformation.

Responsibilities include defining analytic approaches, assembling data, delivering insights, and presenting recommendations to client leadership.

Qualifications

• MBA candidate graduating Spring/Summer 2028.
• Experience in healthcare or consulting with data analytics.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define analytic approaches, integrating multiple analyses and develop analytic understanding of client problems to identify issues and opportunities to motivate client action.
• Gather and refine complex data sets and data sources to enable accurate and robust quantitative analyses.
• Provide insight into hypotheses under consideration and contribute to team's understanding of client's overall problem and potential solutions.
• Create elegant, multi-issue client communications, present analytic findings and recommendations, and field client questions with minimal support.
• Draw upon healthcare knowledge, trends, and experiences to highlight relevant implications for clients.
• Effectively engage with client leaders to facilitate organized teams, ensure meaningful results are achieved, and build ongoing relationships.
