Job summary

PMG is seeking a Graduate Leadership Program professional to join our Business Strategy & Transformation team in Dallas. You will contribute to strategy, planning, and transformation initiatives for leading brands, collaborating with multiple PMG groups to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You’ll work on structuring problems, building scalable playbooks, and distilling complex data into actionable recommendations, with visibility to senior executives from the start.

Qualifications

• Completing (or recently completed) a full‑time MBA by January 2027.
• 2–4 years of pre‑MBA professional experience in consulting, corporate strategy or related field.
• Demonstrates exceptional problem‑structuring, analytical, and communication skills.
• Distill complexity into clarity for senior stakeholders.
• Thrives in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments with evolving priorities.
• Works effectively cross‑functionally, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in AI, automation, and technology to elevate quality and efficiency of work.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides/Keynote; familiarity with project management or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Is based in or willing to relocate to Dallas initially (onsite role at 2601 Olive Street, Dallas, TX) with opportunity to move across PMG locations over time.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex problems into clear, actionable solutions for PMG's customers.
• Lead and support strategic, cross‑functional initiatives across multiple customers.
• Translate customer priorities into structured recommendations and plans for decision‑making and execution.
• Partner with Finance, Corporate Development, and People teams to align initiatives.
• Drive process innovation, building scalable playbooks and best practices.
• Distill large sets of information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Build relationships across PMG teams and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
