Job summary

PMG’s Graduate Leadership Program (GLP) in Dallas is a full‑time, hands‑on leadership track for recent graduates. You will work on brand-building projects for top clients and gain experience across creative technology, storytelling, and production with mentorship from industry leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
• Areas of study: Creative Technology, Interactive Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related.
• Academic or internship experience in creative coding, front-end development, or interactive design.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS, React, or Figma-to-code workflows.
• Creative portfolio with examples of creative/technical work (major plus).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
