Job summary

PMG’s Graduate Leadership Program in Dallas offers a full‑time, hands‑on path for recent graduates to develop design, storytelling, and content creation skills through immersive training and shadowing with industry experts.

You will work across strategy, media, data and technology to shape brand futures, with projects spanning creative briefs, design systems, and production, guided by senior mentors in a culture that values agility and bold ideas.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of brand work across multiple media channels.
• Expertise in color theory, brand identity, typography, user behavior, visual storytelling, and conceptual thinking.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote and related design software.

Responsibilities

• Translating strategic briefs into coherent advertising concepts and executions.
• Developing design systems for campaign concepts and creative executions.
• Supporting the design process and executing various creative design projects.
• Collaborating with writers, developers and other designers to ensure design consistency and brand alignment.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing to content strategies and advertising campaigns.
• Building and iterating design concepts through final finish and production.
• Translating creative briefs to ensure creative fit based on business objectives.
