PMG's Graduate Leadership Program in AI & Software Engineering (Dallas) offers a full-time path starting January, with eight weeks of immersive onboarding and hands-on software development aboard Alli, PMG's AI-powered toolset. You’ll work closely with top AI/Software engineers to build scalable solutions for major brands from day one in Uptown Dallas.

You will gain cutting-edge knowledge, mentorship, and leadership exposure through collaborative projects and weekly AI training sessions.

Qualifications

• Academic Prowess: Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree between Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Eager Learners: A passion for mastering new technologies and a curiosity about digital marketing.
• Work Experience: Internships or relevant work experience that shows problem-solving and technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Eight Weeks of Immersive Training to learn the digital marketing industry and AI technologies.
• Hands-on Experience Early On developing software solutions and engineering scalable systems within Alli.
• Collaborate with AI & Software engineers, engage in peer programming, and learn leadership through practical projects.
