Qualifications

MBA student graduating May/June 2028 and returning for year two.
2+ years full-time work experience before business school; 4+ preferred for CS&D.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
Structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving; comfort with ambiguity.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills.
Ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment.
Onsite in Mountain View at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Partner with project teams on structured problem solving to address strategic questions.
Conduct rigorous research and analysis including interviews, market and competitive assessments.
Build financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, pricing analyses.
Translate priorities into actionable roadmaps and KPIs.
Synthesize inputs into a clear point of view for executives.
Create executive-ready narratives and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Participate in team rhythms and track decisions.
