Louisiana State University is seeking a Director of Graduate Business Programs to provide college-wide leadership and coordination for the E. J.

Ourso College of Business graduate portfolio, including Flores MBA oversight. You will lead the Office of Graduate Business Programs, guiding strategy, enrollment, operations, and the student/academic experience across Full-Time, Online, and Executive MBA Flex formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, management, higher education administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in higher education, graduate/professional education, business, industry, or related environment.
• Preferred 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in higher education or graduate management education.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for LSU's MBA portfolio across campus-based and online formats.
• Lead and oversee the Flores MBA Program including strategy, enrollment, operations, and student experience.
