Qualifications

• Must graduate between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Masters of Business Administration.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the Maple Grove, MN or Arden Hills, MN Boston Scientific Corporate location.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization.
• Preferred qualifications include understanding customer needs using various research methods, being innovative and collaborative, strong analytical, written, communication and presentation skills, and experience working in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Work in one of six business units within Product/Brand Management or Marketing Strategy.
• Be partnered with a mentor, aside from your manager.
• Contribute to projects that impact strategic priorities such as customer insight generation, product development, growth strategies, new business development, commercialization optimization tactics and market development.
• Lead or contribute to market research and development of commercialization plans, including market sizing, segmentation, pricing strategies and hypothesis testing.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research, focus groups, and competitive assessments.
