Qualifications

• MBA with focus on operations, supply chain, business or entrepreneurship.
• 3–5 years hands-on supply chain or mechanical engineering experience on the plant floor with a discrete manufacturer.
• Manufacturing leadership experience or demonstrated leadership roles.
• Experience in operations, supply chain, or engineering.
• Strong ability to build lasting relationships.
• Willingness to relocate during the program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the two-year rotation program across JB Poindexter businesses.
• Develop an Individual Development Plan with program leadership.
• Report to the Corporate SVP of Operations as mentor during the program.
• Rotate through operations or supply chain roles at hubs in IN, MI, PA.
• Progress to a leadership position within JB Poindexter after completion.
