J.B. Poindexter & Co. invites applications for its MBA Leadership Development Program.

This two-year rotation spans operations and supply chain, with placements at our manufacturing sites in Elkhart, IN and nearby locations. Participants gain hands-on experience and mentorship to prepare for Senior Manager, Director, or VP roles. Selected candidates will design an Individual Development Plan with senior leaders and may relocate during the program to observe diverse business units.

Qualifications

• MBA degree from an accredited four-year university with a focus on operations, supply chain, business, or entrepreneurship; GPA 3.5+.

Responsabilités

• Participate in a two-year rotation across manufacturing operations and supply chain.
• Develop an Individual Development Plan with program leadership.
• Report to the Corporate SVP of Operations and receive mentorship during the program.
• Willingness to relocate during the program as rotations occur across sites.
