Qualifications

• MBA from an accredited business school.
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional work experience.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete project and/or management-related assignments in the Executive Associate Program.
• Work directly with senior leaders to complete assignments.
• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
• Identify risk-related issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Promote a culture of belonging and uphold the M&T Bank brand.
• Maintain internal controls and assist with audits and regulator reviews as applicable.
