Job summary

Hunter Douglas is seeking an MBA student for a 10-week summer internship, where you will lead a strategic project and interact with senior leaders. You will collaborate with interns across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, Customer Experience, and Human Resources.

You’ll participate in company orientation, biweekly leadership coffee chats, and a final project presentation. A full-time role after graduation is not guaranteed and depends on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program and able to participate in a 10-week internship.
• Graduating in 2028.
• Two+ years of professional or military experience prior to MBA program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in company orientation and targeted learning sessions.
• Own a strategic project aligned with a team’s business priorities.
• Connect with senior leaders through biweekly coffee chats.
• Work with fellow interns on a group business challenge.
• Present your project and recommendations at the end of the internship.
• Build an understanding of Hunter Douglas, its products, customers, and sales channels.
