You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Finance teams, gain exposure to senior leaders, participate in development sessions, and build connections through curated networking opportunities while contributing to business decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA, MS, etc.) in progress or completed
• 3+ years of professional business experience in a relevant field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfort working with data
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to present to senior management to influence decisions

Responsibilities

• Translate customer, market, product, and business insights into actionable recommendations
• Deliver a project that influences product strategy, portfolio decisions, or business performance
• Develop processes to govern and validate supply chain data; build KPIs to track impact
• Analyze and manage inputs to supply chain systems to optimize service and financial metrics
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to solve real business problems
• Prepare leadership-ready presentations or reports to share findings
