Job summary

Republic Services MBA Internship Program offers a 10-week, paid internship across field operations and strategic projects. Interns rotate through key functions, gain exposure to executive leadership, and work on high-impact initiatives that drive performance.

High-performing interns are considered for full-time roles, including the General Manager Accelerated Program (GMAP), with mentor support and structured development throughout the experience.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the first year of an accredited MBA program.
• Ability to commit to a full-time, 10-week internship beginning in June.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across Operations, Finance, Maintenance, Sales, and Administration.
• Execute project deliverables identified by functional leaders and present findings to stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for operational improvement and growth.
• Develop professional documents and communications related to project outcomes.
• Engage with employees and leadership to understand business drivers and challenges.
• Learn to influence financial outcomes and support strategic decision-making.
• Adhere to the training curriculum and complete all tasks within the internship timeframe.
• Perform additional duties to support business objectives.
