Medline’s MBA Internship Program is a 12-week summer assignment in our Inventory Management organization, where interns analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations that influence key business decisions. You will gain exposure to senior leaders, participate in professional development sessions, and build lasting connections through curated networking opportunities.

The program operates from our Northfield, IL headquarters and our Merchandise Mart office in downtown Chicago.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (MBA, M.S., etc.).
• 3+ years of professional business experience in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors along with preferred negotiation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer, market, product, and business insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Deliver a meaningful project that influences product strategy, portfolio decisions, commercialization, or business performance.
• Develop processes to govern and validate supply chain relevant data.
• Build KPIs to track their impact.
• Analyze and manage inputs to supply chain systems to optimize service and financial supply chain metrics.
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to solve real business problems.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $92,000.00 - $138,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.

Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
