Medline Industries, LP's MBA Internship Program offers a 12-week summer experience within our Inventory Management organization, where interns analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations that influence key decisions.

Interns will gain exposure to senior leaders, participate in professional development, and network through curated opportunities, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The program is based in Northfield, IL, with access to our Chicago-area offices.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data.
• Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors along with preferred negotiation experience.
• 3+ years of professional business experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer, market, product, and business insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Deliver a meaningful project that influences product strategy, portfolio decisions, commercialization, or business performance.
• Develop processes to govern and validate supply chain relevant data. Build KPIs to track their impact.
• Analyze and manage inputs to supply chain systems to optimize service and financial supply chain metrics.
• Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to solve real business problems.
• Prepare leadership-ready presentations or reports to share findings.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$92,000.00 - $138,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
