Medline’s 12-week summer internship offers MBA students a chance to contribute to strategic initiatives within our AI and Strategic Operations teams. Interns analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations that influence key business decisions.

Job Description

Internship Responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑impact project that advances innovation, operational effectiveness, or business performance.

• Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or cost‑savings efforts

• Prepare leadership‑ready presentations or reports to share findings

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an MBA degree
• 3+ years of professional business experience with Information Technology, AI, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfort working with data
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors along with preferred negotiation experience
• Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions

The Anticipated Salary Range For This Position

$92,000.00 - $138,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
