Ingredion Incorporated in Westchester, IL invites an MBA Intern to join the AI Solutions & Value team. Help identify, design, value, and deliver AI and agentic solutions driving digital transformation.

Translate ambiguous problems into well-scoped AI solutions and shape them from concept to adoption. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to build business cases, ROI models, and governance for AI initiatives, gaining exposure to enterprise AI strategy and measurable value across

Qualifications

MBA candidate enrolled between first and second year.
Structured problem framing and hypothesis-driven analysis.
Ability to build business cases, ROI/value models, and prioritization.
Genuine interest in applied AI and agentic solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Strategy/consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and build agentic AI solutions and prototype agent-based workflows.
Assess and quantify project value with ROI models and benefits sizing.
Support AI implementation and adoption across technical and business stakeholders.
Translate requirements into AI/agentic solution designs with cross-functional teams.
Shape governance and best practices for AI project proposals and delivery.
Communicate analysis and value guidance to executives.
Scan the market for emerging AI capabilities and assess applicability.
