Ingredion is seeking an AI Solutions & Value MBA Intern to help design agentic AI workflows, quantify project value, and support implementation across functions. You will partner with AI/ML engineers, product owners, and leaders to prioritize opportunities, build business cases, and translate needs into actionable specifications.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an MBA in their first or second year, with strong problem-solving and communication skills, plus interest in enterprise AI and ROI

Qualifications

Progress toward MBA, in first or second year of study.
Strong ability to frame problems, analyze data, and prioritize solutions.
Interest in applied AI and agentic solutions with enterprise impact.

Responsibilities

Design and build agentic AI solutions for enterprise processes.
Develop ROI models and business cases for AI initiatives.
Support deployment and adoption, coordinating with cross-functional partners.
Translate business needs into AI/agentic specifications.
Contribute to governance, templates, and stage-gate controls.
Present findings to executives and stakeholders.
Research emerging AI capabilities and assess applicability.
