Position Summary

The MBA Finance Associates (FA) Program has been in place for over 30 years, recruiting top MBA candidates for dynamic careers in Finance. As part of the full-time program, a Finance Associate will have the opportunity to build a breadth of finance experience across the company by completing 4 six-month rotations. Finance Associates are part of a dynamic learning environment that provides high visibility to senior management and enables Finance Associates to organically build both mentoring relationships with managers and peers and a strong alumni network within the company.

After successfully completing the two-year rotational program, Finance Associates will have the opportunity to transition to full-time positions within BMS Finance, well-positioned to progress a career in finance at BMS. Rotational assignments are available in various areas across the Finance function including roles in Commercial, Research & Development (R&D), Manufacturing, Treasury, and Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis. Assignments may encompass the development of operating budgets, R&D portfolio allocations, financial forecasting for developmental compounds, analysis of operating performance, and evaluation of returns on capital expenditures. Associates may be assigned to work with a particular brand, collaborating with marketing to oversee the brand’s P&L and develop strategies aimed at business growth.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Candidates should expect to receive a Master’s in Business Administration degree during the current school year, scheduled to graduate by the Spring of 2027.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years’ work experience and strong intellectual, financial and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new and complex concepts.
  • Proven capability to effectively communicate within work environment, with the ability to adapt messages to suit various audiences.
  • Ability to influence others and work effectively in a matrix organization are essential.
  • Leadership potential is highly valued, and a commitment to integrity, professionalism and teamwork is required.
  • Successful candidates will also demonstrate superior financial modeling skills, specifically in Excel, and the ability to quickly learn financial/accounting software.
  • Strong time management skills, including the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
  • All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and for the duration of their employment. Compensation Overview

Princeton - NJ - US: $103,700 - $125,660

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.

Paid Time Off

  • US Exempt Employees: flexible time off (unlimited, with manager approval, 11 paid national holidays (not applicable to employees in Phoenix, AZ, Puerto Rico or Rayzebio employees)

_ *Eligibility Disclosure: The summer hours program is for United States (U.S.) office-based employees due to the unique nature of their work. Employees covered under a collective bargaining agreement should consult that document to determine if they are eligible.
