Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Options and Assessment in Princeton, NJ. This role leads cross-functional analytics to inform strategic decisions and drive growth post-launch, with a focus on forecasting and KPI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leads the integration of insight and analysis from a variety of sources to inform material decisions through the delivery of robust opportunity focused forecasts.
• Guides and shapes the development of KPI’s/brand health monitoring to diagnose performance and impact tactical plans to drive greater business results post launch.
• Leads the adoption of analytic products through effective storytelling and collaboration with key partners.
• Generates, integrates and translates insights and analytics into growth opportunities that shape decisions and drive organizational action.
• Provides leadership and oversight for the evaluation, improvement, and enhancement of functional capabilities related to analytics
• Leads the development and deployment of innovative BI&A approaches, custom analytics, functional area learnings and forecasting best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Overview:

Princeton – NJ – US: $167,540 – $203,013 The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience.
