The Commercial Leadership Development Program (CLDP) Internship is seeking future business leaders looking to impact patients’ lives. CLDP interns will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to their teams through challenging assignments and collaborate with Commercial leaders and other key stakeholders across the organization. The program is designed to ensure interns gain valuable industry and functional expertise. Candidates advancing to second round will be invited to interview onsite in Princeton, NJ on January 22, 2027. This internship is from June 7-August 13, 2027. Upon completing the summer internship, high performing interns will be eligible to receive a full-time offer to join the CLDP. The CLDP is a 3-year rotational program aimed at developing future leaders at BMS. Associates can tailor their rotational experiences across various commercial functions, including Marketing, Market Access, Global Commercialization, International Marketing, Commercialization AI Strategy & Analytics (CASA), and Sales, to align with career goals and business priorities.
Impactful projects, relevant to current business needs; examples may include: Develop and launch new sales force promotional materials Partner with senior marketing leadership to shape brand strategy and translate positioning into insight-driven promotional messaging for health care providers Translate data insights to create new patient education resources An introduction to brand planning and marketing excellence in the biopharma industry Speaker series with senior leaders on key biopharma business topics and various career paths at BMS Formal mentorship with commercial leaders and current full-time CLDP associates Teambuilding and networking events Final presentation to senior leaders & team members on summer projects.
This is a temporary, time-bound position intended for the duration of the internship or co-op program. Employment in this role does not imply or guarantee ongoing or permanent employment with BMS.
The compensation for this position is up to $52.00 per hour. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and the geographic location where work is performed. Final individual compensation is decided commensurate with demonstrated experience and education level.
