Job summary

The University of Chicago Booth School of Business is seeking an Associate Director, Career Management to coach MBA students and deliver innovative career programming. Based at Harper Center, you will support 1,300 full-time MBAs and collaborate with student groups and employers.

You will create and deliver workshops, webinars, and events, and contribute to strategic initiatives while supporting the job search lifecycle with a coaching-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through 5-7 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong coaching, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches MBA students on career management and job search skills in one-on-one and group settings.
• Designs and delivers career management programming and events for MBA students.
• Partners with student organizations and employers to support recruiting needs.
• Keeps knowledge of MBA job markets current and analyzes recruiting trends.
• Collaborates with employer relations colleagues to build industry knowledge.
