This role supports the execution of yield strategy, plans events, and manages student records during pre-matriculation, requiring travel and strong collaboration with internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Reads and evaluates applications and participates in recruitment, evaluation, and yield activities.
• Travels domestically and internationally to recruit and host events.
• Supports the yield strategy from admission through matriculation.
• Plans and coordinates virtual and in-person yield events with team members and partners.
• Maintains and communicates with applicants to ensure timely completion of steps.
• Manages communications and outreach to admitted and incoming students.
