Job summary

The Foster School of Business at the University of Washington seeks an MBA Admissions – Program Operations Specialist to manage the full application lifecycle across five MBA programs. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely communications, while maintaining data integrity across multiple systems.

You will own data workflows, support onboarding and enrollment tracking, and continually identify process improvements in a data-intensive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in admissions operations or data-intensive admin role.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with CRM or admission systems preferred (Salesforce/Slate).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end application lifecycle from submission to decision.
• Run system setup, testing, updates, and configuration changes.
• Monitor records, identify issues, and drive results independently.
• Maintain data across multiple systems and support communications.
• Develop tracking systems and dashboards for reporting and analysis.
• Support onboarding and enrollment tracking for admitted students.
