Moyer Mazda is hiring automotive technicians at every career stage, from entry-level to Mazda Master Technicians, in a clean, air-conditioned facility with modern diagnostic tools. Qualifications

• Entry-level through Mazda Master Technician experience considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent required or helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to learn new technology and repair procedures.
• Automotive education or previous repair experience is helpful but not required for entry-level applicants.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs listed on repair orders.
• Complete oil changes, tire services, inspections, and routine maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems.
• Use diagnostic equipment and Mazda special service tools.
• Test-drive vehicles and verify completed repairs.
• Inspect vehicles and identify additional maintenance or repair needs.
• Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors.
• Complete warranty repairs according to Mazda requirements.
• Maintain an organized work area and follow all safety procedures.

Technician Responsibilities

Responsibilities will be based on experience and certification level and may include:

Preferred Experience and Certifications

The following are preferred for experienced applicants but are not required:

• Mazda manufacturer certifications
• Mazda Master Technician status
• ASE certifications
• Pennsylvania State Inspection and Emissions licenses
• Dealership or independent repair experience

Technicians from other domestic and import manufacturers are encouraged to apply. We provide fast-track Mazda training to help experienced technicians transition to the brand.
