Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years operating Mazak CNC machines (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-face).
• Ability to read blueprints and CAD files with basic measurement skills.
• Knowledge of G-code and Mazatrol programming; precise tolerances required.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and QC procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mazak Machine Operator

Summary

• A company specializing in automotive production line design and automation, is seeking a skilled CNC Mazak Machine Operator for theirWalton Kentucky facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-face Mazak machining centers.

Essential Duties

• Set up, operate, and maintain Mazak CNC machines, including 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-face machining centers

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files

• Program and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and product quality

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on Mazak machines

• Conduct quality control checks on machined parts

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

• Train and mentor junior operators as needed

Working Hours, Working style

• Full-time, on-site position with potential for overtime and weekend work based on production demands.
