Job summary

Quick USA Inc. in Walton, KY seeks a skilled Mazak Machine Operator to set up and run Mazak CNC centers (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-face). You will read blueprints, program machines, and ensure parts meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years operating Mazak CNC machines (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-face).
• Ability to read blueprints and CAD files with basic measurement skills.
• Knowledge of G-code and Mazatrol programming; precise tolerances required.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and QC procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain Mazak CNC machines (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-face).
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and CAD files.
• Program and adjust machine settings for quality and productivity.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot Mazak equipment.
• Conduct quality checks on machined parts and document results.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and keep work area clean.
• Train and mentor junior operators as needed.
