Job summary

Faxon Firearms in Ohio is seeking a Mazak Integrex Operator for second shift to set up, program, and run multi-axis machines to tight tolerances. You will read blueprints, interpret job orders, and perform in-process inspections using micrometers and calipers.

Qualifications

2+ years in multi-axis CNC operation.
Mazatrol programming experience required.
Ability to read complex engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate Mazak Integrex CNC machines for precision machining operations.
Edit and modify Mazatrol programs as needed to ensure part accuracy.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and job specifications to determine machine setup and operations.
Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify part conformance.
Monitor machine operations and adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling to optimize quality and efficiency.
Perform routine machine maintenance, including tool changes and cleaning.
Document production information and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and issues.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
